Job role:
At Everlast Coatings Inc, our sales associates are the face of the company. It’s the sales interactions at the store level that build our brand and drive repeat customers. We are looking for talented sales enthusiast with career aspiration and strong work ethic to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Follow opening and closing process
• Assist opening/locking all gates and doors to make sure buildings are safe and secure for our customers and employees
• Accurately complete all inventory processes which includes receiving and down stocking all in bound shipments, prepare any outgoing deliveries, and daily audits
• Create and/or accept all purchase orders for incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Operate all necessary equipment safely while moving any store inventory. (i.e. forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, etc.)
• Help customers and identify their needs by asking questions and connecting with them to make the best recommendation.
• Using product knowledge and application guidance to ensure the best possible outcome while closing the sale
• Be a part of all one-on-one trainings and product knowledge development by your Manager or Sr. Manager
• Maintain knowledge and capabilities around traditional computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Communicate efficiently with all peers, managers, and customers to coordinate all deliveries of purchased product
• Daily cleanliness checks to make sure all aspects of our facilities meet our customers’ needs and expectations
• Responsibly tender all transactions and maintain register integrity and accuracy
• Process all returns accurately by checking returned product to make sure its in full resalable condition and meets return guidelines
• Contribute to daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and goals
• make sure all financials are reported and accounted for properly and that we are set up for success the following day
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• 18 years of age and older
• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Basic math skills
• High attention to detail
• Demonstrate relationship building and selling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to adhere to all Everlast Coatings Inc. policies and guidelines
• Be able to lift 80lbs on a regular basis
• Valid US driver’s license or state issued ID
• Forklift experience

Job role:
At Everlast Coatings Inc, our warehouse associates are the backbone of the company. It’s the manufacturing team and accuracy that helps our company build our brand and drive growth on our retail side. We are looking for motivated warehouse associates with career aspiration and strong work ethic to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Follow opening and closing process
• Assist opening/locking all gates and doors to make sure buildings are safe and secure
• Accurately complete all inventory processes which includes preparing and loading all out bound shipments, stock and receive any vendor deliveries, and daily audits
• Create and/or accept all purchase orders for incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Operate all necessary equipment safely while moving any store inventory. (i.e. forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, etc.)
• Assist Batch Makers in all aspects of batch creation process including preparing raw materials, stacking, and securing buckets, palletizing products, etc.
• Be a part of all one-on-one trainings and product knowledge development by your Manager or Sr. Manager
• Communicate efficiently with all peers, managers, and vendors to appropriately meet delivery and stocking needs
• Daily cleanliness checks to make sure all aspects of our facilities meet our employee safety guidelines
• Organize all warehouse inventory including products ready for sale and distribution as well as raw materials
• Assist sales team as needed with deliveries and loading sold products
• Contribute to daily/weekly/monthly creation targets and goals
• Assist in making sure all manufactured products and consumed raw materials are reported and accounted for properly
• Other duties as assigned

• 1-2 years of warehouse/factory experience

Job Role:

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated and organized assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player, resourceful, and able to prioritize their time effectively. We are looking for individuals who want to learn & grow with us.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will change daily, and you will be expected to assist as needed. This will include duties such as:

• Running general errands including lunch pick up, groceries, and store supplies.
• Pick-up and distribute all incoming U.S. postal mail and other packages.
• Collects store check sales, prepares and makes bank deposits on a regular basis.
• Maintains office supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for all locations.

• Provides administrative support to management team.
• Receive, understand and implement written and oral instructions.

• Keeps office area tidy and stocked.
• Updates and maintains all company printable signs and labels
• Manages and maintains files accurately and in a timely manner.

• Any other duties assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
• Excellent organizational, management skills and ability to multitask
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Skilled in the use of Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• General knowledge of standard office equipment.
• Must have insured, well working vehicle.

• Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion.

• Knowledge and ability to obey all traffic laws, including speed limits.
• Ability to work overtime if needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years old
• Valid Arizona Driver’s license and current vehicle insurance
• Can safely lift up to 30 lbs. on occasion.
• Ability to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time.
